New Update About SSC CGL 2020

IIM Lucknow has revised CAT Admit Card 2023 release date. CAT Admit Card will now be released on 7 November 2023 @iimcat.ac.in. The release date of CAT Admit Card was previously set to be 25 October. Candidates will be able to download their respective CAT Admit Cards until the exam day by using their CAT login ID and password. The CAT 2023 Exam will be held on November 26 at approximately 400 test centres across 150 cities. The exam will be divided into three slots and will last two hours. Candidates will be able to take the test at the centre only if they bring a hard copy of their CAT 2023 Admit Card.

SSC CGL invited application for Combined Graduate Level on April 21, 2018. The Last Date to fill the SSC CGL Application form was May 25, 2018. The SSC CGL Application Form was available in an online mode only.

The SSC CGL Application Fee would be paid both in online and offline modes

The SSC CGL Application Procedure has been explained as below:

1) Registration

Once the link for SSC CGL Application Form is clicked, the candidates should provide their personal details and contact details to complete their preliminary step. Once the Registration ID is generated, the candidate should log in with the details and resume filling the application form. Candidates would additionally have to update their photograph and signature with their registered account.

Photo: The photograph should be white/light colored and should not be more than 4 Kb in size. The photo resolution should be 100*120. The photograph of the candidates should be clearly visible.

Signature: The signature should be either in Blue/Black. The scanned copy of the photograph should be in jpeg format and should be more than 1 Kb and less than 12 Kb. 

Candidates also have an option to edit in case any wrong information has been entered while completing the SSC CGL Registration Procedure.

2) Filling up Form

Candidates can go through all the preliminary fields that have been filled to check if no information has been omitted or missed. Once a final review is done, the application form can be submitted.

The SSC CGL Application Fee can be paid both in an online and offline mode. Candidates can remit the application fees in a particular branch of the bank and update their payment details on the respective log in to confirm that payment has been made.

Candidates belonging to these categories are exempted from the application fees:

  • Women candidates

  • Scheduled Caste candidates

  • Scheduled Tribes candidates

  • Physically Handicapped candidates

  • Ex-Servicemen candidates
