Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national-level entrance exam for MBA/PGDM admissions administered by the All India Management Association (AIMA). The exam is administered four times a year, in February, May, December, and December. Qualifying candidates are eligible for admission to over 800 business schools that accept MAT scores.

The exam pattern for the MAT December 2023 exam has been released by the All India Management Association (AIMA). It is essential for candidates planning to appear for the MAT exam to acquaint themselves with the MAT exam pattern 2023 to prepare effectively. The entrance exam will be conducted by AIMA in three different modes, namely, Paper Based Test (PBT), Computer Based Test (CBT), and Internet Based Test (IBT). The MAT exam for the PBT mode is scheduled for 9th December, 2023, CBT 1 & 2 on 3rd December, 2023 & 16th December 2023 and IBT from 6 - 17 December, 2023

AIMA holds MAT four times a year, in February, May, September, and December.

The CBT or computer-based mode MAT exam is administered online, with candidates punching in their answers on the computer screen using a mouse-pad. In the PBT mode exam, candidates must fill out an OMR sheet with a blue/black ball point pen and select the appropriate option as the answer.
