CTET 2019 Selection Procedure:

The candidates appearing for CTET 2019 will be selected based on their performance in the written examination. According to the CTET 2019 selection criteria, the candidate must score a minimum of 60 percent and above in the CTET examination. The CTET written examination will comprise of 2 papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The candidate who qualifies CTET examination will be eligible for teaching in Central government schools such as KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools and many more.

Importance of CTET Score:

  • The CTET Score will be accepted schools of the Central Government and the schools under the administrative control of Union Territories of Chandigarh, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi.
  • CTET Score is accepted by schools owned and managed by the State Government and aided schools. The CTET scores are accepted by state government schools only when the state government decides not to conduct state TET.
  • CTET Score may also be accepted by Unaided Private Schools.
