RGNIYD - A Review Of Our College 5/5

RGNIYD is an Institute of National Importance as per the Act of 35/2012 of the Parliament of India under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (YAS), Government of India. There is a plenty of opportunities at the institute. The institute is predominantly for Masters degree courses only. There are six of them - Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Development Policy and Practice, Gender Studies, Local Governance and Development and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Tuition fee is extremely cheap - INR 3000 only at present (2016). Hostel facilities are available. Students get to visit the BRICS summit and such others as part of the privileges offered. There is an NSS Unit on-campus and many sporting and other activity clubs on-campus. There is an excellent library facility available, as in nowhere else. There is a strong wifi connection all over campus. There is a separate computer-lab.

There are strong linkages between industry and RGNIYD and RGNIYD is a great platform for government jobs, etc.,
