Research Analyst at Internet Firm (Day Shift) | Freshers Welcome

Desired Candidate:

  • Excellent written and oral Communication Skills
  • Internet Research & Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in Dynamic and Challenging environment
  • Customer Service Skills: Planning, Product Knowledge, Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Ability to Create and Present high quality Reports

    • Key Functions:

  • Ascertain and verify user and applicant information received via online form
  • Conduct primary research to check user authenticity
  • Follow up on call and email with client colleges and universities
  • Capture specific information based on client guidelines
  • Regularly update internal sheets and maintain quality guidelines
  • Understand, evaluate and respond to queries over call and email
  • Streamline communication between applicants and colleges to ensure smooth admission process
  • Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to business needs while meeting the company's quality standards
  • Provide weekly reports to business team about reachable & verified applications
