UP NEET Counselling 2018: Provisional Merit List Released

The Provisional Merit List of Uttar Pradesh NEET 2018 has been released by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Research, Uttar Pradesh. The candidates who participated in UP NEET 2018 Counselling can check the provisional merit list on the official website of DGMER at updgme.in.

The NEET 2018 examination was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on May 6, 2018. The result of the same was declared on June 4, 2018. The NEET examination is conducted to provide admissions to the MBBS and BDS programmes offered by various medical and dental colleges of India.

The document verification for the candidates who have been included in the State Provisional Merit List will begin from today. The merit list released starts with All India Rank 60 and ends with All India Rank 757513. The last date of document verification is June 30, 2018. The Choice filling and locking facility will be available from July 2, 2018, to July 4, 2018. The final allotment list of Round-1 will be released on July 5, 2018.

Steps to check UP NEET 2018 Provisional Merit list:

  1. Visit the official website of UPDGME at updgme.in
  2. Click the 'Counselling and Allotment section' available on the homepage
  3. Select the link 'State Merit List'
  4. Check your registration number and download the pdf for further references

The candidates who have been included in the state merit list must visit the designated nodal centre with their documents for verification. The list of nodal centres can be viewed from NEET counselling brochure which is available at updgme.in.

Documents required for verification:

  • Class X Marks Sheet and Certificate
  • Class XII Marks Sheet and Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate, according to the requirement
  • Category Certificate, for the candidates of reserved category

The candidates are required to submit the security money in the form of demand draft while document verification at nodal centre. The demand draft should be in the favor of Director General, Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, payable at Lucknow.
