NEET Preparation Tips:
Following are the preparation tips for NEET that will surely help the candidate to score a better score in the upcoming examination:
Preparation Tips for NEET 2019:
1. Create an Effective Timetable:
Prepare an effective timetable and follow it religiously. An effective timetable will help in covering all the topics within the remaining days or month. Make sure that you keep the NEET Syllabus in mind and the weightage of each topic while preparing the timetable. As you have studied the entire NEET Syllabus in Class XI and XII, you would surely be having an idea that which topic will take more time. Keep such things in mind while preparing your Timetable.
2. Concentrate on Concepts:
Clear all your concepts once you start your NEET Preparation. You must be knowing the concept of each topic and as NCERT focuses more on the concepts, try to cover each topic from NCERT. Try to understand the concept thoroughly and then move to other books.
3. Practice as much as possible:
As we know that practice is the key to success in examinations and when it comes to NEET Preparation, practice plays a crucial part. Allocate enough time for regularly practicing as many questions as possible and try to improve your speed while solving the questions. Check the time you take in solving each question and try to minimize the time. This will surely help in completing your NEET exam within the given time and will improve your performance.
4. Take Mock Tests Regularly:
The National Testing Agency has already released the mock test for the NEET aspirants on the official website. Make sure that you solve a mock test daily as this will help in building your confidence and stamina. Analyze your mistakes after each mock test and make sure that you don't repeat the same again. Work on your weaker areas and always try to complete the mock test within the given time during NEET Preparation.
5. Revise Thoroughly:
Keep enough time for revision. Once you cover all the topics, at least a week time should be kept reserved for revision. Revise all the topics you studied during NEET Preparation and do remember to make short notes while covering the topics. These short notes will help you in the exam day revision. Do remember to check these short notes before sitting for the examination on the exam day.
Nothing is impossible in this world, and the success entirely depends on determination towards the goal. Stay positive and focused and talk to your friends and family whenever you feel low while preparing for NEET.
