UGC NET 2018: Result Expected before July 31

The University Grant Commission-National Eligibility Test, commonly known as UGC NET July 2018 examination was successfully conducted on July 8, 2018, for 84 subjects at 91 cities across the country. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may release the UGC NET 2018 result by end of this month. Usually, the result is declared after 60-65 days of examination but according to a report by Times of India, the board is all set to create a record by declaring the result much earlier than its expected time. The UGC NET Result will be declared on the official website of NET at cbsenet.nic.in.
UGC NET 2018 July Result is expected to be released before July 31 at cbsenet.nic.in.
According to the HRD Ministry, the UGC NET examination which is conducted to provide research fellowships to the qualifying candidates and is also the minimum requirement for teachers and allied recruitment in the universities and colleges will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The Ministry of Human Resource Development has already released the schedule for UGC NET December 2018 examination. The NET 2018 July examination will be the last National Eligibility Test to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Nearly 11.48 Lakh candidates appeared for UGC NET July examination on July 8, 2018 across 2082 examination centres which was invigilated by 2864 observers and 675 CBSE officials.
UGC NET December 2018 Schedule as released by the HRD Ministry:
- The examination will be conducted in online mode in different sessions spanning two weeks
- The online registration will commence from September 1, 2018, and the last date to apply for the same is September 30, 2018.
- UGC NET December 2018 examination will be conducted between December 2, 2018, to December 16, 2018.
- UGC NET December Result will be declared in the last week of January 2019.
