IBPS Clerk Main Result to be declared at March end @ibps.in

Result for IBPS Main examination which was conducted earlier this year in the month of January 2019 is speculated to be released by end of the March 2019 or by April first week. There is no official information regarding the same on official website ibps.in of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

Observing and analyzing usual practice and last trends of the examination, the result is usually declared after the two months of completion of the examination. Talking about the last year in particular when IBPS Clerk main examination was conducted in the second week of January 2018 the result was declared later that year on April 2, 2018.
The same is not the case with Prelim examination as the result is usually declared within two weeks after the completion of the examination. The Prelims exam was conducted on December 8, 9 and 15, 2018 across the country and the IBPS Clerk Result was declared later that month on December 28, 2018.
The result of the main examination is the final stage to be cleared before the IBPS Clerk Selection Procedure starts. Selection of the candidate will depend on a lot of factors and score in the main examination is one of the primary criteria.
Candidates who appeared for the examination of January 2019 can follow the below mentioned steps to check the result once the same is available online.
Steps to check IBPS Clerk Result:
Step 1: Candidate have to visit ibps.in
Step 2: Once the result is available, the candidate will be able to see an active link of “IBPS Main Clerk Result” on the homepage, and the candidate needs to click the same.
Step 3: On the login, page candidate needs to click registration details, date-of-birth followed by security code captcha.
Step 4: Click on the submit button to view the result.
Step 5: Candidates are advised to download the result for future reference.
