IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern is not complex to understand. IBPS has made a very clear distinction between the topics asked in both prelims and main exam. IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern is extremely crucial for an aspirant to understand as it is the first step of the preparation. To crack the IBPS Clerk , the structure of an exam must be well known to the candidate. 

IBPS Clerk is an online examination and is conducted in two parts-

  • IBPS Preliminary Examination
  • IBPS Main Examination

Facts on IBPS Clerk 2019 exam:

  • IBPS Clerk 2018 will be conducted in two levels Tier 1 & 2 (Preliminary & Mains). 
  • There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. 
  • No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions in the IBPS clerk exam.

Facts about IBPS Clerk Main 2019:

  • The total duration of the test will be 2 hours and 40 minutes.
  • There has been a slight change in the pattern of the Mains exam this year. A time limit has been imposed for each section. The candidate will not be able to move on to the next section until the time limit for that section has elapsed.
  • All the sections in the Main exam except for the General English section will be available bilingually i.e both Hindi and English.
