IBPS Clerk 2020 Application Procedure

Registration part is a very important aspect of any exam and needs to be done very carefully. Otherwise, the candidate may not be allowed to sit for the exam. IBPS Clerk Registration 2019 can only be done through Online mode. The candidate has to register at the official website of IBPS. 
Make sure you have the following documents before applying for the IBPS clerk exam-
  • A recent passport sized colored photograph and a scanned signature.
  • An active and valid email address. All correspondence will be through this address.
  • A credit/debit card/net banking facilities to pay the application fees online.

Things to know about IBPS Clerk 2019 application process:

  • To apply, visit the official website of IBPS and click on the link to apply for CWE PROBATIONARY OFFICERS.
  • After registration, the candidate will get a provisional registration by SMS and on their email ID as well.
  • Candidates can log in using the provisional registration number. They will have to upload a photograph and signature as per the specified format.
  • Once the candidate has clicked on the 'FINAL SUBMIT' button, no changed can be made.
  • The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
  • The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.
  • After Final Submit, an additional page of the application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.
  • Candidates are required to take a print of the e-receipt. Generation of the e-receipt in itself is proof that the fee has been successfully submitted. 

IBPS Clerk 2020 Eligibility

The IBPS Clerk Eligibility criteria are clearly defined by the IBPS. The candidates who are interested in applying for the IBPS Clerk exam has to pass the eligibility criteria that are defined by the conducting authorities. 

Consider the IBPS Clerk eligibility criteria 2019 through the points that are given below:

  • Score Criteria: Candidate must have passed 10+2 or pre-degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Citizenship Criteria: Candidate must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Educational Criteria: Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Age Criteria: Candidates age should not be more than 30 years and less than 20 years at the time of registration.
  • Other Criteria: Aspirants in the final year of their bachelor's program or with awaiting results are not eligible.

IBPS Clerk 2020 Admit Card

Admit Card is an important document to be carried along at the time of the exam at the examination center. Without the IBPS Clerk Admit Card, the candidate can not make entry into the exam premises. 
The Admit Card contains the following details of the Candidate-
  • All the personal details like Name, Father's Name, Residential Address, Religion, Nationality, etc.
  • All the Educational Details like Schooling, Graduation details, etc.
  • Photograph and Signature of the candidate digitally signed by the candidate at the time of filling the online application form.
  • Details of the examination like Exam date, Venue, Exam time, Papers details, Exam roll number, etc.
