The CAT Admit Card would be activated today, from 1 pm onwards. Candidates wishing to appear for the CAT Examination can download their call letters from the official website. The link to download the admit cards would be available until Sunday, November 26, 2017. A mock test is slated to be conducted by the end of October this year.
About 2.3 Lakh candidates have registered for the exam while it is to be seen what proportion of the same would be giving the exam this year. The duration of the Common Admission Test would be for about 2 hours. The following are the sections of the examination:

The admit card should be downloaded and a copy of the same can be kept for future reference.
Here are some important things that the candidate is required to know regarding the same:

The test centers and cities are uploaded on the official website wherein the candidates would be able to check them on their admit card.

The candidates would be required to check their names on the CAT Admit card and should be able to match the same with their ID card.

The CAT Admit card should be viewed and downloaded on a desktop, laptop or a mobile device.

Candidates should take a printout of the same and keep it for future correspondence.
The CAT admit card was initially to be made available on October 18, 2017 now postponed to October 25. CAT Admit card would be available in online mode to only those candidates whose application form has been accepted by the authority. The CAT Admit card is a mandatory document that is required to be downloaded by the student and carried to the examination hall without which he would not be allowed to write the examination.
