Prediction of SSC CGL Cutoff-

  • Going by the trend of this year SSC CGL paper and the increased level of competition, the Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level cutoff is expected to increase this year as compared to the last year.
  • The commission will fix the cutoff out of 200 marks, and the SSC is planning to set the cutoff of SSC CGL. From the 4 previous years, the SSC CGL Tier- 1 cutoff for the General Category has been 62, 102, 96.5 and 102.25. For ST/SC and Physically Challenged candidates, the cutoff varied from 60-103 and 25-90 respectively.
  • In the SSC CGL paper, the questions were asked from English Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and General Awareness. There is no sectional cutoff in SSC CGL exam. The commission will release the overall cutoff out of 200 marks.
  • The primary challenge in SSC CGL exam is the time factor. The candidate needs to solve 100 questions in 60 minutes which hinders the chance of clearing the SSC CGL cutoff benchmark. The solution lies in practicing a lot of questions.
