GATE 2019: Centralized Counselling Application Form Releasing Soon, Know the Dates

The National Institute of Technology Rourkela will commence the Centralized Counselling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan./ M.Des from April 5, 2019. The candidates who have qualified the GATE 2019 examination and are willing to participate in Centralized Counselling must visit the official website of CCMT at ccmt.nic.in.

JEE Main 2019

GATE 2019 was successfully conducted by IIT Madras on February 2, 3, 9, & 10, 2019. The Result was declared on March 15, 2019, in which Shashank Mangal from Morena District of Madhya Pradesh secured the first rank.

Following are the Seat Allotment Rules for GATE Counselling 2019:

The seat allotment will be conducted on the basis of merit list and availability of seats as per the preference provided by the candidate.
GATE Merit List will be based on GATE Score.

For the candidates having the same GATE Score, the following criterion will be applicable:

The candidate having GATE 2017 score will be given preference over candidate having GATE 2018 or 2019.
The candidate having GATE 2018 score will be given preference over candidate having GATE 2019 score.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, known as GATE examination is a national-level engineering entrance examination conducted by zonal IITs for admission in various Post Graduate Engineering Programmes i.e. M.Tech./ M.Sc. in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture and Ph. D. in numerous branches of science offered by the Government and Private Engineering Institutes across the country. The GATE Score Card was released on March 20, 2019, by the examination conducting authority and the Centralized Counselling Process for Admission in Post Graduate Engineering Programmes will commence from April 5, 2019.
