MMH College was primarily established as a primary school in 1945 by a saint, Guru Peetaji Maharaj. Later, it developed into a degree college when fields such as Arts and Commerce were added in 1948. By 1952, the science field was added too and so with the passage of time more fields of study were incorporated. It is affiliated with the Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
