Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCS University), formerly known as Meerut University, was established in 1965. Regarded as one of the premier universities in India, it is UGC and AIU-approved. The varsity has also earned an ‘A++’ NAAC grade. Through its 252 professional institutes, 109 colleges, and one constituent college, CCS University offers 22 UGC-sponsored and 35 self-financed courses. CCSU Courses are offered in multiple disciplines including Agricultural Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Journalism, Mass Communication and Multimedia Techniques, Earth Sciences, Teacher and Physical Education, Fine Arts, Legal Studies, Applied Sciences, Home Science, Business Studies, and more.
CCS University Admissions to UG, PG, and Doctorate programs are based on merit in the last qualifying exams and entrance exams. For admission to LLM, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, and M.Ed, students have to appear in national-level exams. Research Scholars eying for CCSU admission to doctorate courses have to appear in UGC-NET, CSIR-NET score, or entrance exam conducted by the university followed by the interview.

CCS University Admission 2024-25: Chaudhary Charan Singh University admissions UG, PG, and Doctorate courses are based on marks obtained in the last qualifying exams and qualifying marks in the national-level entrance exams. CCS University grants admission to LLM, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, and M.Ed courses based on the entrance exam. The university accepts JEE Mains, CUET, UGAT, and more for its course admissions.
CCS University Admission 2024: How to Apply?
Students eying for CCSU Meerut should follow the steps mentioned below for CCS University Admissions 2024:
- Visit the official website of CCS University, i.e., www.ccsuniversity.ac.in.
- Click on the Registration tab and get yourself registered by making a Login ID and Password.
- Log in with the valid Login ID and Password and select the course that you want to get admission to.
- Fill in the application form with necessary personal and academic details.
- Upload all the required documents.
- Submit the application form and pay the nominal application fees
- Take out the printout of the CCS University Application form for future reference.
CCS University Admission 2024: Application Fees
CCS University Application fees for the Entrance/Physical Fitness Test are Rs. 700/– for General and OBC, and Rs. 500/– for SC/ST candidates. Candidates have to pay this fee online when completing the Application Form using e-payment. The online payment process follows the instructions on the website www.ccsuniversity.ac.in, and there is no additional fee for the entrance test. The Entrance Test Fee for M.Ed. and LL.M. in the University Campus and affiliated Colleges will be processed through online payment, adhering to the guidelines on the website. The University will conduct Entrance Tests for admissions, followed by counseling.

Chaudhary Charan Singh University accepts JEE Main, NEET (UG/PG), UPTAC, and other national-level exams cutoff for admissions to CCS University courses. For B.Tech CSE, the closing rank in the first round was 236226, and in the last round was 292404 in CCSU Cutoff 2023. Similarly, for MBBS, the closing rank in 2022 was 195391, and in 2023 was 196918.

Placement: The main big giants which comes for the placement in this college TATA, Mahindra and Infoyses .
Faculty: All are every experienced and also the doctorate holders.
College: I am doing my B.tech in Information Technology from this university and the entrance exam which i have cleared is IPTU with 257 marks and the annual fees of this college is Rs. 80,000 PA but i am from SC category so i get the full scholarship i.e my fees is Rs.. 0 but i don’t know about the scholarships facilities to the students of General and OBC category.
