Admission Details
Admission Procedure
The admission in depending upon the availability of the seats, the prospects fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be offered admission in the course on the first come first serve basis till the last date of admission decided by the admission committee of the candidates fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for admission in the course.
Minimum Eligibility
M. Sc. (Env. Sciences) (Duration: 2 Yrs) Candidates must be Science graduate or honours in Environmental Science/ Microbiology/Botany/Zoology/Chemistry/Physics/Geography/Geology/Physiolo gy/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or B.Sc. Honours in Agriculture or equivalent degree in the appropriate field of Engineering/Technology from any recognized University with minimum marks of 45% or 5.0 CGPA for Gen/OBC and 40% Marks or 4.5 CGPA for SC/ST category. Candidates who have qualified in GATE will be preferred. Candidates who are appearing in the final semester/year of graduation may also apply.
M. Sc. (Maths) (Duration: 2 Yrs) Candidates must have B.Sc. degree (Major/Honours) or equivalent in Maths from any recognized University with minimum marks of 45% or CGPA of 5.0 for Gen/OBC and 40% or CGPA of 4.5 for SC/ST category. Candidates who are appearing in the final semester/year of graduation may also apply.
M. Sc. (Chemistry) (Duration: 2 Yrs) Candidates must have B.Sc. degree (Major/Honours) or equivalent in Chemistry from any recognized University with minimum marks of 45% or CGPA of 5.0 for Gen/OBC and 40% or CGPA of 4.5 for SC/ST category. Candidates who are appearing in the final semester/year of graduation may also apply. 3.8 M. Sc. (Bio-Tech) (Duration: 2 Yrs) Candidates must have passed graduation in Life Science (Zoology, Botany, Environment, and Biochemistry) or equivalent from any recognized University with minimum marks of 45% or CGPA of 5.0 for Gen/OBC and 40% or CGPA of 4.5 for SC/ST category. Candidates who are appearing in the final semester/year of graduation may also apply.
