SBI PO 2020 Application Procedure

The Application form for SBI PO Examination is available on the official website of the State Bank of India. The SBI PO application procedure is performed through Online Mode only.

To avail Technical Errors, the candidate must use following Web-browsers while filling the application form:

  • Internet Explorer 8 and above
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above
  • Google Chrome 3.0 and above

The candidates are requested to thoroughly read the complete guide before starting online registration for SBI PO.

Requirements for the online application process:

  • A valid e-mail ID
  • A scanned copy of Photograph and Signature of the Applicant
  • Application Fees will also be paid through Online Mode

Steps to Apply for SBI PO:

  1. Register yourself by visiting the official website of SBI i.e.
  2. Pay the Application Fees through Online Mode such as Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ Cash cards/ Wallets etc.
  3. Provide your valid email ID because all the examination related notifications will be mailed on that email ID.
  4. Upload the scanned copy of Photograph and Signature according to the size provided in the guidelines
  5. Submit the SBI PO Application Form
  6. Download the updated application form with all your details and take a print out for future reference.

SBI PO 2020 Eligibility

Candidates who apply for SBI PO should fulfill the following criteria as per their nationality, age and education.


Only Indian citizens would be able to apply.


Candidates should not be below 21 years and should not be above 30 years. Candidates should have been born not before 02 April 1988 and not after 01 April

1997. Category Age
1 SC/ST 5 years
2 OBC(Non-creamy layer) 3 years
3 PWD PWD(SC/ST) 15 years (OBC) 13 years and (General) 10 years
4 Ex-servicemen 5 years
5 Domiciled 5 years

Educational qualification:

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent recognized by the Central Government. Those in their final year/semester can also apply.

SBI PO 2020 Admit Card

SBI PO 2019 Admit card for Preliminary Examination is expected to be released on June 2019. The registered candidate can download their Admit card from the official website of the State Bank of India. The Admit card link will be activated once the Admit card is released by the examination conducting authority.
