WBJEE 2017: Exam analysis and response

WBJEE 2017 was held across 22 districts on April 22 in West Bengal. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has conducted the exam in pen and paper mode for admission in close to 35 undergraduate seats in 104 participating institutions of West Bengal.
According to the responses of candidates who appeared in WBJEE, the paper was moderate in terms of the difficulty level. It was conducted between 11 am to 1 pm for Paper 1 and 2 to 4 pm for Paper 2.
The question paper would be having 3 categories- Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.
The result of WBJEE would be in the form of a rank card published bearing the rank of the student, total score and sectional marks for Paper 1 and 2.
Only those candidates meeting the opening and closing rank would be eligible to participate in the counselling procedure of WBJEE 2017.
