As LIC AAO 2019 is a recruitment examination and no particular counselling procedure are followed lice other competitive examinations were candidates are allotted a particular department based on their preferred choices. Instead in LIC AAO candidates will be selected on basis of the below mentioned stages:
- LIC AAO Prelims Exam
- LIC AAO Mains Exam
- Personal Interview
- Medical Examination
Out of thousands of candidates who complete the LIC AAO Application Procedure, only few are able to make it to the final round of the LIC AAO Selection Process. Candidates qualifying both prelims and Main s examination will be called for a round of personal interview to check the communication skills and other qualities of the candidate. The interview is conducted by a panel formed by the conducting authority and in the interview it is decided that the candidate should be sent further or not.
The number of candidates who are called for interview round is always about three times more the number of total vacancies to be filled. The list of candidate is prepared on basis of the ranks scored by the candidate in all the categories.
After clearing the interview round, candidate have to prove that he or she is medically fit by taking the medical examination.
Once all the round of selection process completed, candidate will be sent an appointment letter and he or she needs to report the mentioned office address with following documents:
- Birth Certificate or high school mark sheet with date of birth on it
- Mark Sheet or certificate of Class 10 and 12 examination
- Academic certificates or degree certificates of graduation and other examinations qualified earlier
- Recent coloured passport size photographs
- Interview call letter with a photo attached
- Character certificate issued by last organization or a gazette officer
- Caste/Community certificate issued by the Competent Authority for candidates applying under SC/ST/OBC categories
- Medical Certificate for physically challenged candidates
- Identity proof (Aadhaar card/Passport/Pan card/Voter Id card /Driving license /any other photo id card issued by the statutory authorities with affixed photograph)
