Netaji Subhash Engineering College (NSEC) came into existence in 1998 in Kolkata, West Bengal. It is approved by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). It has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “B+”. It has also been awarded with “AA” by the NPTEL and ranked by NIRF at 251 among top engineering colleges of India.

NSEC offers engineering, management, science and computer applications courses at diploma, UG and PG levels. The courses offered are B. Tech, BCA, BBA, BSc, MBA, MCA and M. Tech. B. Tech is offered under these specializations - civil, mechanical, computer science, electrical and electronics, electronics and communication, information technology, biomedical, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc. BSc is offered in data science and cyber security. Admissions in NSEC is merit and entrance based. Candidates applying for B. Tech must possess JEE Main or WBJEE score, for M. Tech GATE or PGET score. Admissions in BCA, BBA and BSc are based on the CET exam. For MCA candidates must have qualified WB JECA.

Step 1 - The application form is accepted through both online & offline mode.

Step 2 - Candidates must register themselves on the official website of the college to apply for admission.

Step 3 - Candidates must fill in all the details such as personal, educational, and other.

Step 4 - Submit the entrance score along with the application form. 

Step 5 - Process the payment of application fee through Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking.

Step 6 - Keep a photocopy of the application form for future reference. 

Step 7 - Make sure to send a complete application form, otherwise it can lead to cancellation of the application.
