The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) is administered by JNTU, Ananthapur on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The exam serves as a gateway for Diploma holders in Engineering Technology/ Pharmacy and BSc Graduates to seek admission under the lateral entry scheme to the second year of BE/ BTech/ BPharmacy Programs offered at Universities and AICTE/PCI approved Institutions in Andhra Pradesh.

The AP ECET 2023 application form will be available on the online website. Any candidate who wishes to make changes to their application form may do so. Certain dates will be announced in order to correct the application form.

The AP ECET answer key 2023 will be released a few days after the examination is completed. Candidates will be able to calculate their probable secured scores in the entrance examination by checking the correct answers to the question paper using the AP ECET 2023 answer key. For a limited time, the authorities will also accept objections to the provisional AP ECET answer key. The final answer key will be released after the authorities have reviewed the objections.
Candidates will be able to view their scores online via the AP ECET result 2023. Candidates must log in using the required credentials to view the AP ECET 2023 results. Only qualified candidates will be allowed to take part in the AP ECET 2023 counseling process. AP ECET 2023 rank card will also be released along with the result.

Students must obtain 25% of the aggregate marks in the four topics, i.e. 50 marks out of a total of 200, to qualify for AP ECET 2023. There will be no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates.
AP ECET exam 2023 will be held on May 5, 2023.
The AP ECET 2023 will be held online (Computer Based Test), with only MCQ type questions on the exam paper.
