TNEA 2019 Counseling begins. Check out important details here

The Directorate of Technical Education has begun the counseling process for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2019 for the undergraduate admissions yesterday, i.e. on July 4, 2019. There will be three rounds of counseling which will be done the basis of rank secured in TNEA 2019 exam.

TNEA 2019 Counseling

The seat allotment list will be published on July 11, 2019. The candidates are required to make a fee payment of INR 5000 for general category, INR 1000 for reserved categories. The payment will be done only in online mode only.

Candidates participating in the first round are required to add and lock their choices between July 8-10, 2019.

This year, 1,33,166 candidates have applied for TNEA 2019. Out of which, 1,04,418 candidates participated in the document verification process. The authority will conduct four rounds of TNEA 2019 counseling.

Over 2,000 applicants participated in the first day of the TNEA counseling and made their initial payments. The final allotment result of first, second, third and fourth round will be released on July 13, 18,23 and 28, respectively.

The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2019 counseling is conducted for the B. tech seats in Anna University, Government and other affiliated engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. The TNEA 2019 registration started on May 2, 2019, that was followed by the rank list which released on June 20, 2019.
