MICAT Application Form 2024 for Phase 1 has been made available on the official website of MICA i.e. mica.ac.in. Candidates who are interested in taking MICAT 2024 exam can now register themselves by filling out the MICAT Application Form available online. The last date for MICAT 2024 Registration is November 20, 2023. There are two phases in which the examination is conducted. The registration process for MICAT Phase 2 will begin from November 23, 2023.
Interested candidates must also check if they stand eligible for the exam. Students can check the MICAT Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam. MICAT 2024 Phase 1 exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 2, 2023 while Phase 2 is scheduled for January 27, 2024.

What is MICAT Exam?
MICAT is an online, computer based test conducted for admission to PGDM and PGDM-C in MICA Ahmedabad. There are two sessions in which the exam is conducted. Interested candidates can appear in both the sessions and the higher of the two MICAT Scores will be considered for admission.
Steps to Fill MICAT 2024 Application Form
The registration process of MICAT Exam consists of several steps such as Registration, Filling of MICAT Application Form, Uploading Images, and Paying MICAT Fees (INR 2100 for all categories).
- While filing the MICAT Registration Form, candidates can choose at most 3 test centres out of 48 options.
- Candidates with successful payment of MICAT Application Fees can download their MICAT 2024 Admit Card for phase 1 from November 30. MICAT Admit Card for phase 2 will be made available from January 24, 2024.
- In order to be shortlisted for MICA, MICAT Exam holds 50% weightage while 50% weightage is given to CAT/XAT/GMAT score.

MICAT Exam is conducted twice a year for admission to the management programs in MICA Ahmedabad, and the higher score of the two exams is considered for admission and further process.
How to Fill MICAT Application Form 2024?
The process of MICAT Application Form filling is completely online process and the interested candidates are required ton register themselves for the same via the official website of MICAT.

Steps to Register for MICAT Registration
Registration Process – Register yourself using the basic information. You will receive a user id and password.
Filling MICAT Application Form – Log in and fill the MICAT Application Form with personal and educational details.
Process the Payment – Process the payment of MICAT Fees using one of the 3 options – Credit Card, Demand Draft, and Counter Payment.
Preview – Preview you duly filled form before submitting the MICAT Application Form 2024.
Below are the steps to follow to apply online for the MICAT 2024 Exam:
Step 1: Register For MICAT 2024
- Visit the official website of MICAT 2024 and click on the “Apply Online” to apply for PGDM C program.
- There are two options – New Registration and Already Registered Users.
- By clicking on New Registration tab, the instructions page will appear. Read it carefully.'

The application form consists of the following options that the candidates are required to fill:
- Name
- Email Id
- Mobile Number
- Candidates must click on the ‘I Agree' button and submit the MICAT Registration Form.
- Upon final submission of the form, a confirmation page will appear consisting of your login credentials.
Step 2: Fill MICAT Application Form
After the registration form is completed, candidates can process to fill MICAT Application Form. The candidates must fill the required details such as DOB, Gender, Age, Nationality, Marital status, Parents' Name and academic qualification and Correspondence Address.
- After this, candidates will be required to fill the following details Permanent Address, Contact Details, Choice of Centre. Candidates can choose three MICAT Exam Centres.
- Qualifications details are – Class 10, Class 12, Graduation details, Master/PG Details, Employment Experience details.
- A valid score in CAT/XAT/GMAT and uploading of photograph and signature.
Step 3: Payment of MICAT 2024 Application Fee
The MICAT Application Fees is INR 2100 for students of all categories. The payment can be made via both online as well as offline modes. They can choose to make the payment via online/cash/demand draft.
Given below are the steps to pay MICAT application fee via online mode:
- To make the payment online, click on “Online Payment”.
- Choose the suitable option and enter details asked.
- Click on “Pay”.
- After the successful payment of MICAT Fees, collect your payment receipt.
- Take a printout of the payment receipt for future reference.
Below mentioned are the steps to make the payment via cash (SBI Only):
- Click on “Payment through SBI Bank” link.
- After this, take a printout of the SBI Bank Challan.
This SBI Bank Challan will be divided into 3 parts, candidates will have to pay the application fee against this challan at SBI Bank. The candidates must collect 2 parts of the challan. One part is the candidate's copy and other will be that of MICA's. The MICA copy needs to be self attested by the candidates and must be sent to MICA Collection centre.
Steps to Pay Application Fee via Demand Draft
- In order to make the payment through demand draft, it must be drawn in favour of “MICA” payable at Ahmedabad.
- While paying the payment through this method, candidates must have chosen the mode of payment as demand draft.
- After selecting this option, a payment advice form will appear on the screen.
- Take its printout and send it to the MICA Collection Centre along with the demand draft.

Step 4 – Take a Printout of MICAT Registration Form
The final step to MICAT 2024 Registration is taking the printout of the MICAT Registration Form.
- After the successful completion of application fees payment, check all the details mentioned in you duly filled application form.
- In order to edit some information, click on “Edit Button”.
- After this, submit the form by clicking on “Submit Button”.
- Take a printout of MICAT 2024 Application Form for future reference.
