Cheran College for Women: Admission Procedure and Policy

  • At Cheran College for Women, online applications will be used to process admissions.
  • The admissions procedure will begin by the Tamil Nadu government's standards.
  • All applicants who wish to be considered for admission to the Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) programs must register online. Alternatively, they can visit the college to pick up a printed application.
  • According to current policy, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 system's 12th examination from a recognized board in order to be considered for admission to undergraduate (UG) programs, and a candidate must have passed the UG program at a registered institution or university in order to be considered for admission to postgraduate (PG) programs.
  • Candidates are in charge of verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of all the data they submit, including uploading copies of their certifications.
  • Only upon payment of the entire academic year's tuition (against an official receipt) and the applicant's name appearing on the pertinent rolls will admissions be deemed complete.
  • Those without a working email address must create one before applying, as this email address will be used for all future correspondence during the admissions process.
  • After the initial registration, you can use your login credentials to select a program an unlimited number of times.
  • Verification of the original grade report, community certificate, and other pertinent documentation confirms the admission choice. The candidate's admission is contingent on Bharathiar University's acceptance.
  • If an applicant is unable to submit their application electronically, they may still do so by placing a hard copy of their completed application in the college's drop box.
  • If a student enrolls in the university but does not show up for class, the institution will refund his certificate and collect a minimum charge.
  • The student is required to pay the fees for that particular semester if he registered, persisted for the semester or semesters, and attended at least 15 days of classes.
  • The student will receive a warning letter from the principal by email and registered mail after 15 days. 30-day second notice period. The final notice is 45 days, and WhatsApp should be used to notify everyone of this as well. 46th day: submit the data, together with the verification that is attached, to management and accounting.
  • If the student is registered for the course, they must pay the current semester's fees when they drop it. For the No Dues certificate to be cleared, the Accounts department should receive a list of all discontinued students.
