The Online Registration process for JEE Advanced 2018 examination has started from today i.e. May 2, 2018 on the official website of JEE Advanced. The aspiring candidates must register themselves on jeeadv.ac.in to appear for examination which is scheduled to be conducted on May 20, 2018.
Steps to Register for JEE Advanced 2018:
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Advanced i.e. jeeadv.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Registration Portal Website' link available on the homepage
Step 3: ‘Important instructions for JEE Advanced 2018 Online Registration' will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Read all the instructions then select the ‘confirmation' and proceed for Online Registration.

Step 5: The Registration Window will appear on the screen. Provide your JEE Main 2018 Roll Number along with Password & Security Pin and click on ‘Login'

Things to remember while Registration for JEE Advanced 2018:

The registration fees for Females and Reserved Category Candidates is Rs. 1300 whereas the same for all the remaining candidates is Rs. 2600. The registration fees can only be paid through online modes such as Debit Card, Credit Card. Internet Banking and E-Challan.

The candidates are required attach scanned copy of following documents: Class 10th or Birth Certificate, Class 12th certificate, Category Certificate, Additional Category Certificate, PwD Certificate, DS Certificate and PIO Card.

The candidate must also upload their photograph and signature with the maximum size of 40 KB and 30 KB respectively.
The JEE main 2018 Results were declared on April 30, 2018 and according to the notification issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), this year 2.31 Lakh candidates qualified the examination to appear for JEE Advanced 2018.
The JEE Advanced 2018 examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and every candidate will be provided with a computer terminal. The examination will comprise of two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The time duration for both the papers will be 3 hours each. Paper 1 will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 PM whereas Paper 2 will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM. The Question Paper will be bilingual, and the questions will be available in both English and Hindi. The candidate can select their preferred language.
The JEE Advanced examination will enable candidates to attain admission in 23 IITs. The result of the examination is scheduled to be declared on June 10, 2018.
