BCECE 2020 Counselling

BCECE Counseling 2019: The concerned experts will conduct BCECE 2019 counseling in the last week of July 2019. The applicants who qualify the entrance test should enroll themselves for the counseling of BCECE 2019. After BCECE registration, the candidates should fill in their selections of universities and courses as indicated by their interest.

The BCECE Provisional Seat Allotment will be declared in an online mode and the data with respect to where the candidates need to report for handwriting confirmation will be available. BCECEB conducts handwriting verification to ensure the authenticity of candidates' handwriting with sample OMR Sheets. Final allotment of BCECE candidates for 2019 will be done as per the merit scored by the candidates, his/her preference of seats and availability of seats.

The candidates should report to the counseling venue for confirmation. Earlier year, an aggregate of 25,000 candidates applied for BCECE, out of which 24,819 candidates qualified for it. The aggregate number of candidates who qualified in the first round of counseling was 5100 followed by 2900 who qualified in the second round of advising a year ago.

BCECE 2019 Counseling Procedure

The concerned authorities will conduct the BCECE Counseling in an online mode. The greater portion of the candidates who have qualified the entrance examination of BCECE 2019 should enroll themselves to take an interest. After enrollment, the applicants will likewise need to choose their universities and courses as per individual preferences.

Stage 1 – Online Registration – Firstly, the applicants should enroll themselves for the BCECE 2019 counseling procedure. All of the qualified candidates of BCECE 2019 would be required to register for the BCECE Counseling, in absence of which counseling cannot be done. The following details are of utmost importance:

  • Father's Name

The password additionally must be made by the applicants. The candidates need to recall that the password must be 8-13 characters and ought to have no less than one exceptional character, one capitalized and one lower case letter. After enrollment, the applicants should enter the accompanying points of interest.

Stage 2 – Online Option Entry: Following the Registration procedure, the applicants should sign into their record. For login, the candidates should present their BCECE 2019 roll number and password. After effectively signing in, the applicants will be seeing the below-mentioned options on screen:

Majority of the candidates will be required to choose their preferred choices from the given list. The selection should be done based on the preference. After locking choices, the candidates would print choices for future reference.

Stage 3 – Provisional Allotment: The candidates will be able to check their provisional allotment details of BCECE 2019 in an online mode. The choice would be done on the basis of individual merit and seat availability. The candidates should download their provisional allotment letter which will comprise of the details regarding the venue of counseling. The printout of the downloaded allotment letter should be taken out by the candidates.

Stage 4 –Handwriting Verification: The applicants should undergo a procedure for verifying their handwriting. Amid this procedure, the applicants will be required to give a sample of their handwriting to be compared with a sample OMR Sheet. The candidates will be fit the bill for final allotment if they qualify handwriting verification. The verification is conducted to ensure candidate authenticity who will be getting admitted through BCECE Counseling.

Stage 5 –BCECE 2019 Final Allotment: All of the applicants who qualify handwriting verification should log in to their account to check their final allotment status. The candidates would be able to download their final allotment status which will consist of timings to report at the allotted institutes where the document verification and payment of tuition fees should be done at the time of admission.

Stage 6 – Document Verification and Payment of Fees: Finally, the selected candidates should report at their allotted institute for document verification. The tuition fees would be required to be paid in tow to confirm their admission. The following original documents along with a set of photocopies are required to be brought:

  • Final BCECE 2019 Seat Allotment Letter
  • BCECE 2019 Admit Card
  • 6 photos (matching the photo mentioned on the BCECE Admit Card).
  • Counseling Call Letter of BCECE 2019
  • Admit Card, Mark Sheet and Provisional Certificate of 10th standard or equivalent examination (proof of age and personality)
  • Admit Card, Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate of I.S.C or proportionate examination (just Admit Card if in case of candidates showing up in the qualifying examination)
  • A certificate mentioning the subjects and stating that BCECE Result has not been declared by the Principal of the Institution Concerned. (if there should arise an occurrence of applicants showing up in the qualifying examination)
  • Caste Certificate to be acquired from Concerned C.O. attested by DM or SDO (Civil) of Permanent Residence if at all required
  • Annual Income Certificate to be acquired from Concerned C.O. attested by DM or SDO (Civil) of Permanent Residence if at all required
  • Self-attested recent photos of the candidate.
  • Part A of Application Form suitably filled with the photograph of the candidate.
  • Domicile Certificate to be gotten from to be acquired from Concerned C.O. attested by DM or SDO (Civil) of Permanent Residence if at all required
  • Character Certificate to be acquired from the Head of the Institution last went to.
  • Certificate for Disabled (If pertinent)
  • Certificate for Serviceman's Quota (SMQ) certifying relationship with the candidate (if relevant)
  • Certification demonstrating that the candidate's parent is a worker of UNO and is posted presently in Bihar.
  • A certificate demonstrating that the candidate's parent is a Govt. of India or any PSU worker and is posted in Bihar. (in the event it is appropriate)
  • Certificate illustrating that candidate's parent is a Govt. of Bihar representative. (on the off chance that material)
  • Refugee Registration Certificate to be gotten from Concerned DM or ADM attested by DM or Refugee Registration Officer.
  • Certificate for candidates who have not studied in Bihar but claim to be a citizen for 10 years or more from the Principal of the Institution from where they were preparing for the qualifying examination showing the Permanent Address as recorded in the Admission Register of that organization.
