The National Testing Agency has released the ‘NEET UG City Intimation Slip’ on its official website - exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. The NEET UG Exam City Slip is a document that contains details of the exam center that has been allotted to the candidate to take the NEET UG Exam. The City Intimation Slip for NEET UG is issued to the aspirants based on the cities that they have chosen as their preference while filling out the NEET UG Application Form. It must be noted that the NEET UG Intimation Slip is not equivalent to the NEET Admit Card, and the NEET UG Admit Card will be released 3 days before the exam as expected.
The NEET UG Exam is scheduled to be conducted on 5th May 2024 as an offline pen and paper-based exam in 571 cities across India. The exam will be conducted in a single shift from 2 p.m. to 5.20 p.m.
Candidates must also check NEET UG Postcard-Size photograph
NTA is expected to release the NEET UG City Intimation Slip sometime soon on its official website. The slip may be released today or on 24th April 2024. Candidates must check the official website for the latest updates. Once the NEET City Intimation Slip is released, the link to download the same will be active on this page. The NEET UG City Intimation Slip mentions the exam city where the candidate has to appear for the exam. The City Intimation slip is released before the admit card, and the admit card is issued only 2-3 days before the exam. Hence the city intimation slip is issued so that the candidates can reach the exam location timely. It must be noted that the examination city is also mentioned on the Admit Card. However, the issuance of the examination city slip gives the candidate enough time to reach the exam location beforehand.
