NEET Result 2025 - Tie Breaker Rule
A tie is a situation in which there are two or more candidates who obtain the same marks in the NEET Exam. For such cases, the examination conducting authorities have come up with Tie-Breaker Rules that are applicable in such situations. Only after applying these tie breaker rules, candidates are allotted their ranks.

NEET Percentile Score Calculation for NEET Result 2025?
NEET Percentile means the number of candidates who have score more or less than a particular candidate. NEET Percentile is also calculated in comparison to the top NEET Raw Scores secured by the NEET Aspirants.

NEET 2025 Merit List
Besides conducting the NEET Entrance Test, the National Testing Agency is also responsible for preparing and releasing the NEET Merit List 2025 for candidates who have opted for the 15% All India Quota. NEET Result is the sole factor for preparation of NEET Merit List. The list of candidates who qualify the exam will be directed to the DIrectorate General of Health Services for the allotment of seats available under 15% AIQ. The merit list will be made category wise based on the category entered by candidates at the time of applying for NEET Counselling. The details mentioned on the merit list will be merit rank, marks, roll number and percentile. The National Testing Agency will release the merit list with the central and the state counselling authorities which are used for admission purposes.
These respective authorities will then publish the subsequent merit lists mentioning NEET State Rank 2025 as per the mentioned guidelines.
