UNIPUNE Admissions (SPPU): Courses
Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) also known as UNIPUNE has now started its 2023 admissions for UG, PG, Integrated, and Diploma courses. Courses such as MSc, MA, MTech, MCom, BA, and BBA, among others, will be based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. On the official website, campus.unipune.ac.in, you can find SPPU application forms. Based on the performance in the entrance exam, students will be admitted to UG programs like B.Tech (Aviation), BBA (Hospitality & Facilities Management), B. Voc, BA (Liberal Arts), and B.Sc. The remaining UG courses will be chosen based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The basic requirement for these courses is a 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board of education.

Popular Courses-
Candidates for the MBA program must have a valid score in the CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT or MAH CET entrance exam. MCA admissions are based on the MAH MCA CET entrance examination, which is administered by the DTE Maharashtra. The MAH CET 2022 MBA exam was expected to be scheduled from August 23 to August 25, 2022. The dates for the MAH CET and MHT CET counseling have not yet been made public. UniPune Admissions: UG 2023
The SPPU offers several undergraduate degrees in the humanities, business, law, education, and other fields. These degrees include the BA, B.Com, B.Sc., LLB, BA.LLB, BCS, B.Ed, BHMCT, and BFA. These courses at UniPune require candidates to have completed their 10+2 or their graduation, and admission to these programs is either merit-based or entrance-based. UniPune Admissions UG Eligibility Criteria
- Admission to BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BFA, BA.LLB, and BSL programs require completion of the 10+2 or an equivalent exam.
- For consideration for admission to BCS, applicants must have completed a 10+2 or an equivalent program with PCM.
- Applicants to SPPU’s B.Sc (Applied) program must hold a B.Sc. or B.E. in a relevant field.
- For consideration for admission to the B.Pharmacy program, applicants must have completed Grade 10 or an equivalent exam or have a D.Pharm with a first-class grade.
- For entry into the BHMCT program, applicants must possess an HMCT diploma.
- For admission to B.Ed, LLB, and B.P.Ed programs, applicants must hold a graduation degree.
UniPune Admissions UG Selection Criteria
- The results of the most recent qualifying examination are used to determine admission to the undergraduate programs at SPPU.
- Students who perform well on the entrance exam are accepted into the BA or B.Sc. (Biotechnology) programs at the university.
- When applying to Pune University’s B.Pharm program, the MHT CET score is taken into consideration.
UniPune Admissions: PG 2023
In the areas of Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, Education, and so forth, UniPune offers a variety of postgraduate courses, including MA, M.Com, M.Sc, MCA, MCS, LLM, M.Ed, MFA, and others. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree to be admitted to these courses at Pune University, and admission is either based on merit or through an entrance exam. UniPune Admissions PG Eligibility Criteria
- Admission to the M.Com program requires a B.Com degree from the applicant.
- Candidates must have a B.Sc. in a relevant field to be admitted to the M.Sc.
- For the MA program, a BA in a relevant field is necessary.
- To be admitted to the MCA or MCS program, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field and have taken mathematics as a requirement in their 10+2 coursework.
- BFA degrees are required for admission to the MFA program.
- For entry into the MOL program, applicants must hold a BOL or BA degree with additional learning.
- LLB certification is required for admission to the LLM program.
- To be admitted to the M.Ed. program, applicants must hold a B.Ed.
- Candidates holding a B.Li.Sc. or a degree of equal standing may apply for the SPPU M.Li.I.Sc. program.
- Admission to the MPM, MCM, MMM, MMS, or Master of Labour Laws & Labour Welfare programs requires that applicants have completed their undergraduate studies in any field.
UniPune Admissions PG Selection Criteria
The university administers an entrance exam to students who wish to enroll in PG programs at UniPune.
UniPune Admissions: MBA 2023
The MBA program at UniPune is a postgraduate program that lasts two years. Graduation is the minimum requirement for MBA admission, and candidates are chosen based on their performance in an entrance exam.
UniPune Admissions MBA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have graduated from college in any discipline with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved categories) to be admitted to the MBA program.

For admission to the Ph.D. program at Pune University, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
UniPune Admissions Ph.D. Selection Criteria
- The university interviews after the applicant takes an entrance exam to determine merit for admission to the Ph.D. program.
- The written test is not required for applicants who have completed the UGC, CSIR-JRF, or NET, or who have a valid GATE score or an M.Phil in the pertinent fields.
UniPune Admission 2023: Process
Through its official website, Pune University provides an online application method. The necessary steps to apply online are as follows:
- Visit the university’s website for more information.
- Select the Admissions tab.
- Choose the program, UG, PG, or Ph.D. Admissions
- Select the department, course, and specialization you want.
- You’ll be taken to the login page.
- Users can log in by entering their username and password after creating an account.
- Select "New Application."
- Incorporate accurate information into the applications.
- Include a recent photo in your post.
- Select "Save and Continue."
- The application fee must be paid via Challan.
- Print out the application and a copy of the university challan.

UniPune Admissions: Distance Learning Programs 2023
For about two UG and three PG courses, Pune University provides a distance learning option. For the students who choose these courses, the university uses a curriculum that includes online audio and video conferences. The specializations and minimal requirements for eligibility for admission to distance learning courses are the same as those for full-time programs. Candidates must take an online entrance exam administered by Pune University, which is followed by a counseling session held by the institutions offering the courses.
