Who is Eligible?

Students are eligible to sit for the CBSE 12th compartment exam 2025 if:

  • They have obtained failure in one or two subjects in Class 12 board exams.
  • They have obtained a minimum of 33% marks in the main exam.

Students who have obtained failure in three or more subjects are not eligible to sit for the compartment exam and will have to re-appear for all the subjects in the next year.
