JEE Main Admit Card - The NTA will release JEE Main Admit Card right after JEE Main Registration is concluded successfully. There is no specific date of when the agency will release JEE Mains Exam Admit Card. Candidates with successful completion of JEE Main 2022 Registration will be allowed to download their respective JEE Main Admit Card by visiting the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download their JEE Main Admit Card by logging into their account with Application number provided at the time of registration as username and their date of birth as password. It is imperative to carry an original ID along with their JEE Main Admit Card to the examination center.

JEE Main Application Procedure for JEE Main February (Phase 1) Session is to begin anytime soon now as it was expected to begin in January 2022. The National Testing Agency has recently added new cities in the list of JEE Main Exam Center List of all the four sessions to be conducted this year. After having downloaded Admit Card, candidates will be required to fill a self-declaration form printed on the first page of the admit card.

In order to maintain the implementation of social distancing, the examination conducting authority NTA has increased JEE Main Exam Centers from 570 to 660.

As per the announcement made by the director of NTA, Vineet Joshi, the JEE Main Admit Card will come handy as passes for travelling to containment zones by JEE Main 2022 Aspirants.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) being the conducting body of JEE Main examination announced to release the admit card through an official notice released on the official website of JEE Main. Since the admit card would be released through online mode, it can only be downloaded by visiting the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nic.in. Students who have successfully registered for JEE Main 2022 within the stipulated time along with the payment of application fee can download their respective cards by either entering their application number and password or application number and date of birth. JEE Main Admit Card would consist of basic details concerning Exam such as Exam Timing, Exam Center/Venue, Photograph and Signature of candidate. Candidates are advised to go through the important instructions mentioned on the admit card leaf.

Note* Candidates must check if the details printed on their admit cards are correct or not as any incorrect detail may lead to cancellation of candidature and refrain candidates from entering the examination hall. In case any discrepancy is found, candidates can report to the concerned authority of the National Testing Agency.

JEE Main 2022 is scheduled to be conducted in four sessions i.e. in the month of February, March, April, and May 2022. It will be a computer-based test conducted online. JEE Hall Ticket is one of the most important documents students must carry in order to enter the examination hall. How to Download JEE Main Admit Card?

They can download their respective admit cards by clicking on the link given on the official website of JEE Main. The National Testing Agency which is the conducting body of JEE Main Examination generally released the admit card at least 10 days before the examination is commenced. The admit card would be made live through online mode i.e. on the official website of JEE Main. The admit cards are not sent by post or any other means. Candidates can visit the official website of JEE Main in order to download their respective admit cards.

This is normal if a candidate fails to retain his/her application number for long, but it is an important to have information to download your admit card. While downloading the admit card (provided not having known your application number), the candidates can follow the below mentioned points:

Exam Day Guidelines for JEE Main Exam 2022

Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19 across the world, the officials have declared a few instructions for JEE Main Exam day that students must follow. These instructions are mentioned on the admit card of JEE Main Exam. Following are the instructions:

  • Candidates must read all the instructions mentioned on all 4 pages of JEE Main Admit Card 2022 before showing up to the examination center.
  • Do not forget to carry along with you a filled but unsigned copy of the undertaking downloaded at the time of downloading JEE Main Admit Card.
  • Reach JEE Main Exam Center at least 1 hour prior to the commencement of JEE Main Exam.

Guidelines for Scribes of JEE Main 2022

While filling the JEE Main Application Form, candidates must ensure that they fill in the type and percentage of disability correctly. Any incorrect information found in application form will lead to cancelation of their candidature.

  • Candidates with disability of 40% or more will be given scribe or reader.
  • Candidates will have the privilege to choose their own scribe or reader. The would be required to submit the request to the superintendent of the center.
  • After the request is placed, it is the center superintendent who will identify the scribe or reader for the candidate.
  • Candidates will also be allowed to meet their respective scribe or reader one day prior to the examination.
  • Candidates can analyze if the scribe or reader allotted to them is suitable or not.
  • Candidates with disability of 40% or more will be allotted 1 hour of compensatory time irrespective of the fact that they have been provided with a scribe or reader.

Are You a Diabetic Student?

The National Testing Agency has also declared a set of instructions for diabetic students. Students with Diabetes can carry eatables and drinks inside the examination hall. This is to ensure good health and well-being of diabetic students. Below mentioned are the items that diabetic students can carry inside the examination hall:

Note* No packaged food items are allowed inside the hall.


What Are the Documents to be Carried with JEE Main Admit Card?

On the day of examination, the candidates must carry their admit card as it is one of the essential documents, they must show before entering the examination hall. Students are required to bring the below mentioned documents along with their admit card:
