How to Register for JEE Main 2026?
- Visit the Official Website:Students must first visit the official JEE Main website and select the ‘New Registration’ link on the homepage.
- Read the Information Bulletin:Students must properly read all information presented on the information bulletin thoroughly before proceeding to the next steps.
- Generate Credentials:Students will then be required to register for the exam by first inputting their personal details. After doing so, students will receive their login credentials for the JEE Main exam website. It is recommended for students to note their login ID and password before proceeding.
- Fill the Application Form:Upon doing so, students must login to the JEE Main website and fill the application form. The form requires students to fill-in academic details, personal details and city preferences.
- Upload the Required Documents:After the previous steps have been completed, students must then upload the required documents. These include their photograph, signature and category certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the Registration Fees:To complete the registration process, students must pay the JEE Main application fees, which varies between INR 500 to INR 1000 depending on the student’s category. The payment of the fees must be done in the online mode via UPI, network banking or credit/ debit card.
- Download the Form:After all the previous steps have been completed, students will be able to download their JEE Main application forms before submitting.
