- GATE 2024 Admit Card has been released on iisc.ac.in.
- The IIT Hyderabad Placement 2024 started on 1 December 2023 and will conclude in April 2024. However, the first phase of the placement has already ended in December.
- NTA will release the JEE Main Admit Card 2024 for Session 1 on 20 December 2023.
- Further, JEE Main 2024 Session 1 exam will be held between 24 January 2024 to 1 February 2024.
- JEE Advanced 2024 Session 2 exam is scheduled between 1 April 2024, and 15 April 2024.
- GATE 2024 Exam Dates are Announced. You can check details on gate.iitk.ac.in. The Exam Will Be Held From February 4– February 12, 2024.
- The UCEED 2024 registration is closed. Further, the UCEED 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on Jan 21, 2024.

There were a total of 335 recruiters who have given 621 offers to 578 students. One major update in the Placements has been the change in terms of internships in B.Tech. Students can now complete a six-month internship at any company or university. IIT Hyderabad is the first IIT to include a 6-month internship in its curriculum.

IIT Hyderabad Branch-wise Placements 2023
The IIT Hyderabad Placement rate for the B.Tech program is 82.62% with an Average Package of Rs. 24.32 Lakhs Per Annum. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech program must qualify for the JEE Advanced exam. This year, the overall IIT Hyderabad Cutoff was 604-11271.
The IIT Hyderabad M.tech Placement rate in 2023 is 72.52% with an average package of Rs. 18.10 Lakhs Per Annum. For the M.Tech Admission in 2024, candidates are required to qualify for the GATE 2024 exam.
IIT Hyderabad M.Tech has a placement rate of 66.67% and an average package of Rs. 24.83 LPA. The B.Des placement rate was 55.56% with an average package of Rs. 14.40 Lakhs Per Annum. To get admitted to the B.Des program, candidates must clear for the UCEED exam.
IIT Hyderabad M.Des is a postgraduate course, pursued after B.Des. It is a Design course and candidates are admitted through the CEED counseling. This year, it has recorded a placement rate of 87.50%. IIT Hyderabad M.Des average package of Rs. 15.08 Lakhs Per Annum.
