Latest Update IIT Delhi
IIT Delhi Placements 2024 had 1050 students enrolled; more than 50 offers from abroad. After Phase 1 IIT Delhi Placement 2023, a total of 1,300 job offers were received by the students out of which 1,150 were unique job offers.
- At IIT Delhi Placements 2023, there were around 260 PPOs and 30 overseas offers were received. These offers were made by 15 foreign businesses representing 20 different job profiles from nations including the UK, US, Singapore, Japan, and the Netherlands.
- A whooping 500 businesses registered for the 2023 IIT Delhi placements. During the IIT Delhi placements in 2023, 50 students received domestic offers with packages totalling more than INR 1 crore annually.
- Apart from this, IIT Delhi phase 1 placements in 2023 saw the Highest International Package INR 2.4 crore annually.
- JEE Main Session 2 Exam will now be held from Apr 1, 2024, to Apr 15, 2024. IIT Delhi has now launched a certificate program called Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Industry.
- GATE 2024 which is organized by IISc Bangalore has its application correction window now closed.
- The online registration window for IIT JAM 2024 stands closed now. IIT JAM 2024 exam is set to be held on Feb 11, 2024. The registration window for UCEED 2024 registration window has become closed now.

About IIT Delhi
IIT Delhi, previously known as the Indian Institute of Technology, was founded in 1961–62. IIT Delhi Placements
Around 150 Pre-Placement offers were made to the IIT Delhi 2023 class. The Top Recruiting industries during the placement drive included IT/Software, Finance, Core Engineering, Technology, and Analytics. IIT Delhi has reportedly received 150 offers for the class of 2023, down from 230 offers for the class of 2022, according to prior media sources. The final report of the 2022 placement drive has been released by DMS IIT Delhi. The highest salary received, according to the report, was INR 36.7 LPA. The average annual salary was INR 21.9 LPA. The participating batch had a 100% placement rate. Students were assigned to different domains. The Sales & Marketing domain had the most students placed, followed by the Strategy & Consulting domain. Amazon, Capgemini, ICICI Bank, Collegedunia, BCG, Barclays, Flipkart, General Electric, Infosys Consulting, Wipro, and other recruiters took part in the placement process. The final report of the 2023 summer internship placement drive has also been released by DMS IIT Delhi. The highest monthly stipend was INR 4 Lakhs, and the average monthly stipend was INR 2.13 Lakhs. Every single student received an internship offer.

IIT Delhi Placement Report 2022
Up till August 2022, the class of 2023 got 150 pre-placement offers. For the class of 2022, the institute held a placement drive, and as of now, 1300 employment offers have been issued, including 350 overseas offers and 180 pre-placement offers from more than 350 participating recruiters. Microsoft, a major IT company, presented over 60 proposals. The number of bids received has increased by 45%.
500+ job profiles across several areas were expected to be offered by more than 300 national and international recruiters. In the first round of placements, students received over 925 employment offers, exceeding the institute’s own expectations. With pre-placement offers included, more than 200 companies have hired students for almost 250 distinct job descriptions.
The majority of the students chose careers in their technical fields. 90% of students have received offers in their primary fields. Over 20 nations have made international selections, while other nations, including Japan, the Middle East, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan, have made international offers.
13 students chose the facility for deferred placements. Students who choose this option may use the placement services once throughout a maximum 2-year period. According to the highest number of hires made on campus, some of the top employers include Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Tata Projects, EXL Services, ICICI Bank, Goldman Sachs, HCL, Wells Fargo, and IQVIA.
The number of Pre-Placement Offers at the institute increased significantly. Over 135 PPOs have been received by November 2, 2020, surpassing the 113 total PPOs from the previous year. More than 150 PPOs are now available to students.

IIT Delhi Summer Internship
In the year 2021, during the COVID19 outbreak, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi launched an online summer internship event, in which more than 230 students received more than 300 admission letters and some received multiple offers as well. In addition, the college started summer internship activities for the second, third, and fourth year students pursuing B. Tech + M. Best IIT College in India
Placement: The placement record of our college is good. However, the condition of core jobs is not very good, and only a few get placed by it. Around 85% of the students get placed. The highest package offered was around 1 crore, and the lowest was around 6 lacs per annum. Biggest tech giants such as Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. Other than that, the companies that visit the campus are Accenture, Oyo, Axis Bank, IBM, Oracle, Cisco, etc visit campus every year.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are graduated and done their PhD from a top university in a world like Standford, MIT. Many of them are doing research work under government. They are knowledgeable and makes good efforts for the students to understand the concept. Instead of mid-semester in our college, two minors happen in a one-month interval. In their website, the pdf files are available for each class, and it is useful if you miss the class. One can get every type of exposure. The student to faculty ratio is 16:1. They use PPT presentations for giving lectures.
