The National Testing Agency which is the conducting body of JEE Main Exam commenced JEE Main 2021 Registration on 16th December 2020. The commencement of JEE Main 2021 Registration is for JEE Main 2021 Exam scheduled to be conducted in February 2021. As per the official notification released on the official website of JEE Main, the registration window of JEE Main 2021 Exam has been extended till 23rd January 2021. JEE Main 2021 Registration will end on 23rd January 2021. Candidates willing to take JEE Main 2021 must visit the official website of JEE Main and register themselves for the exam. Candidates can process the payment of JEE Main Application Fee till 24th January 2021. JEE Main Eligibility clearly states that students who completed 12th class in 2019, 2020, or appearing in 2021 can apply for the exam irrespective of their age.
With new changes brought in JEE Main Registration, candidates can now apply for JEE Main Exam for all the four sessions conducted in February, March, April, and May. Candidates will also be allowed to process the payment of application fee for all the four sessions. In any case, students are not able to take any of the four exams, the application fees will be refundable. Students may apply for the refund by providing the required details.

JEE Main 2021 Application Fee for boy candidates belonging to General/ Gen EWS/ OBC (NCL) categories will be INR 650 for each paper whereas, the application fee for girl candidates and students belonging to SC/ST/PwD/Transgender will be INR 325 for single paper.
JEE Main 2021 Eligibility

Considering the changes brought in JEE Main Eligibility, candidates with commerce and humanities background also stand eligible to take JEE Main 2021 Exam. These candidates will be allowed to take JEE Main Exam for B. Planning. Candidates must have passed senior secondary school or any equivalent examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject.
JEE Main 2021 Application Form Correction Window

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open application form correction window on 27th January 2021 and the window will remain open until 30th January 2021. Here, candidates will be allowed to make changes in their preferences of JEE Main Exam center choices for the coming sessions.
Candidates who appeared in the exam conducted in January 2020 were allowed to directly log in using their previously generated Application Number and Password. Candidates who didn't appear in January Session would be required to register themselves by visiting the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The basic eligibility criterion that candidates must satisfy is qualifying 12th class with PCM from a recognized board in the academic year 2019 and 2020. Candidates appearing in 12th class in 2021 can also apply for the exam irrespective of their age. As per the latest notification, BCECEB has decided not to conduct any separate examination form engineering admission. It also added that admission to engineering programs offered by 38 government colleges and 1 private college of Bihar. The count of total number of seats reaches up to 10,000 and the admission will take place based on marks obtained by candidates in JEE Main.

There are four parameters based on which the eligibility or taking JEE Main exam is defined and it is imperative for candidates to know if they are eligible to take JEE Main 2021 examination or not. Candidates can check these requirements before filling out the application form. JEE Main Eligibility would remain the same for exam conducted in all the four sessions i.e. JEE Main 2021 February, March, April, and May.
Following are the requirements one must follow to take JEE Main 2021:

Click on “Fresh Candidates Registration” tab on the redirected tab if you are applying for JEE main for the first time.

Candidates would be redirected to a page where they can fill the registration form available online. Candidates must register themselves for online application form. Right after the registration procedure completes, candidates would receive and application/registration number and password on their registered email id and mobile no. The application number and password shared with candidates would later come in handy for other steps of application.

JEE Main 2021 – Registration Fee
The next step after uploading the documents is processing the payment of application fee. JEE Main 2021 Registration Fee can be paid through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI/PayTm, or E-challan. The application fee varies for each category of students.
Note* While processing the application fee, candidates would also have to process the pay service charges and GST with each transaction.
