Steps to Apply for Admission to College

Step 3 – The college profile appears after clicking on ‘National Institute of Technology Delhi’.

Step 4 – Navigate to and click on ‘Request to Apply’ tab available on the top left of the page.

Step 5 – It will redirect you to the official website where registration procedure takes place.

Step 6 – Register yourself by providing your personal and academic details.

Step 7 – Process the payment of application fee through any online mode of application.

Step 8 – Save your duly filled application form and payment receipt for future reference.

 Admission Procedure:

Admission in the NIT Delhi for the B.Tech. is done on the basis of merit obtained in the JEE Main.

Key Points:

  1. Candidate should be in the Top 20 Percentile in the XII merit.
  2. Should have attained a minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission.
  3. The final merit will be based upon the merit obtained in XII (40%) and merit obtained in JEE Main (60%).
  4. The admission is done through counseling by JoSSA-CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board).

  • Provisional Seat Allotment letter issued by CCMT.
  • Document Verification Certificate(Original) and Admission Letter(Original) issued by CCMT.
  • ID Proof (Aadhar Card)
  • Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, Medical Certificate
  • Payment Receipt
  • Four Passport Size Colored Photographs
  • Caste certificates(SC/ST/OBC).
  • One self-attested photocopy of all the documents.

The below documents has to be submitted with all the documents mentioned earlier:

  • Affidavit on the stamp paper of Rs.10- stating the reason of year gap (if any) signed/attested by Notary Public/Executive Magistrate/Oath Commissioner.
  • Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the Student.
  • Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the Parents.
  • Those students who are opting for Hostel has to submit the two copies of Anti-Ragging Certificate.

Campus is around 16 acres, seniors are good they are co-operative as well as faculty are also very co-operative.at the time of admission, all faculties are co-operative I choose this college because my teachers told me that it is a good college, I think it is not the best place to walk with heart and soul but average good college to study along with personal development good college in terms of education. Facilities can get much better.
