Steps to Apply for Admission to College
The admission process of the college is conducted in online mode. Interested candidates seeking admission to any of the programs offered by the college must register themselves. Below mentioned are the steps that one must follow for admission:
Step 1 – Visit the website of CollegeSearch i.e. https://www.collegesearch.in/.
Step 2 – Click on ‘Colleges’ and type college’s name in the search bar.
Step 3 – The college profile appears after clicking on ‘National Institute of Technology Delhi’.
Step 4 – Navigate to and click on ‘Request to Apply’ tab available on the top left of the page.
Step 5 – It will redirect you to the official website where registration procedure takes place.
Step 6 – Register yourself by providing your personal and academic details.
Step 7 – Process the payment of application fee through any online mode of application.
Step 8 – Save your duly filled application form and payment receipt for future reference.
Note* Make sure that the details mentioned by you in the application form are correct as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of your candidature.
NIT Delhi is one of the best NITs present in the country. It is situated in the Narela area of Delhi. NIT Delhi offers B.Tech., M.Tech., PhD in various disciplines.
The candidate seeking admission in the NIT Delhi for the B.Tech. should have done XII from a recognized board/institute with at least 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Admission Procedure:
Admission in the NIT Delhi for the B.Tech. is done on the basis of merit obtained in the JEE Main.
Key Points:
Candidate should be in the Top 20 Percentile in the XII merit.
Should have attained a minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission.
The final merit will be based upon the merit obtained in XII (40%) and merit obtained in JEE Main (60%).
The admission is done through counseling by JoSSA-CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board).

The below documents has to be submitted with all the documents mentioned earlier:
Affidavit on the stamp paper of Rs.10- stating the reason of year gap (if any) signed/attested by Notary Public/Executive Magistrate/Oath Commissioner.
Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the Student.
Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the Parents.
Those students who are opting for Hostel has to submit the two copies of Anti-Ragging Certificate.

Placement: Internships are not very good but placement level is increasing time to time especially for cse students, the average package received by students is around 5LPA.
