The BITSAT 2025 was conducted from May 26 to 30 for the first session whereas the second session of the exam took place from June 22 to 26. Candidates found the mathematics section of BITSAT most challenging and time consuming during the first session.

The second session of BITSAT was considered moderately challenging. There were consistent variations in BITSAT session 2, 2025. The physics and mathematics sections were slightly tougher in session 2 and students were required to manage time more efficiently. → The observed differences in BITSAT Session 1 and Session 2 are a collection of important comparative differences with respect to difficulty levels, subject trends, and candidate experiences. While both sessions are very much alike in terms of overall pattern, Session 2 is marginally tougher overall, particularly in core majors such as Mathematics and Physics.

It should also be noted that BITSAT does not normalize so for all candidates, Session 1 and Session 2 are just raw mark-based. Therefore, both aspirants should look to create correct strategies while strategizing to perform similarly if they take Session 1 and/or Session 2. Overall, aspirants will be fine if they prepare correctly with time management without considering the difference in Session 1 and Session 2 specific to a high-stakes test.
