Mody University was established in 1998 in the Sikar district of Rajasthan. The University has been approved and recognised by BCI, UGC and NBA. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in different disciplines like Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management, Law, Fashion, Interior Design, Architecture, Physiotherapy, Agriculture etc.
Admission Process
Mody University Admission procedure involves applications that would be invited from candidates satisfying eligibility criteria.
The Candidates are required to attempt the Mody University admission procedure Final selection based on consistency in Academic Performance, Entrance Test Score and Performance in Personal Interview.
Distribution of weightage to the Mody University Entrance Test score, Academic Performance and Personal Interview will be 30%, 30% and 40% respectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (or Equivalent Grade Point) from any recognized University. This degree must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling [Class 12th or Equivalent]
- A valid CAT / XAT / MAT / NMAT / CMAT score (CAT-2018 scores valid for admission).
Short Listing Criteria
1. MBA (Dual Specialization)
Candidates who are aspiring for this degree must have secured 60 percent or more marks in their preceding degrees and boards examinations. Minimum cut off of 40 percentile in CAT / XAT or 40 percent in NMAT or 50 percentile score in MAT / CMAT.
2. MBA (Family Business & Entrepreneurship)
Candidates who are aspiring for this degree must entail eligibility criteria.
This program is designed in such a way that budding managers gain exposure to contemporary concepts, practical issues and challenges faced by the corporate and business world. To meet their high level professional and career aspirations, a set of pedagogical tools are used, which, inter alia, include Case Studies, Role Plays, Seminars, Live Projects, In-depth Situational Analysis, Business Simulations & Analytics, Personality Development Exercises and Internships.

This University is big means in 107 hectares of Land approx and the total fee of the course was 5.80 lacs for 4 years but It excludes the hostel and other expenses like mess charges. The subject of my Btech was Information Technology and I have given the entrance examination of the University.
