The Department of Management Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi is officially publishing the final admission results for its MBA and MBA (Telecom) programmes for the 2025–27 batch. Candidates can access their results through the official DMS IIT Delhi admissions portal.
Admission Process Overview
There are two steps involved in DMS IIT Delhi's MBA program admissions process:
- Candidates were shortlisted for the personal interview (PI) based on their CAT 2024 scores.
The minimum overall CAT percentile required for the General category was 90, with sectional cutoffs of 80 percentile each.

- The final admission list was prepared using 65% weight from the Shortlisting Index, 30% from the Personal Interview, and 5% from Extra-Curricular Activities.
- Following the PI, the final admission list was created by giving the Shortlisting Index (SI) score 65% of the weight, the Personal Interview 30%, and Extracurricular Activities 5%.
Waitlist Movement Expectations
Significant waitlist movements have historically occurred at DMS IIT Delhi, particularly for applicants in reserved categories. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for further instructions and their registered email for updates on waitlist status.
Program Details and Fee Structure
The program for MBA is two years long and is divided into four semesters. The fee structure for the 2025–27 batch is as follows:
- General/OBC/EWS:
- Tuition Fee: ₹3,00,000 per semester
- Other Charges: ₹22,400
- Institute Residence Fee: ₹8,600
- SC/ST/PwD:
- Other Charges: ₹22,400
- Institute Residence Fee: ₹8,600
Placement Highlights
DMS IIT Delhi has a history of strong placement record. ₹41.13 LPA was the highest package offered during the 2023 placement season, while the average package was ₹25.82 LPA. Top recruiters included Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, Bain & Company, McKinsey, and Deloitte.
Next Steps for Selected Candidates
By the deadline indicated in the offer letter, candidates who have received admission offers should confirm their acceptance. Orientation for the new batch is scheduled from July 7 to July 18, 2025.
