  • Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech program are given admission based on their performance in JEE Main entrance examination.

Note* Candidates with a diploma in any engineering trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education or from any State Board of Technical Education are also eligible to apply for admission to B. Tech.

  • Admission to B. Tech (Lateral Entry) is done based on the merit in the last qualifying examination.
  • Admission to BBA, BA, B. Pharma, BCA, B. Sc (Hons.), B. Sc, and B. Com (Hons.) entirely depends on the basis of candidates’ performance in senior secondary school.

Note* 85% of the total seats in each course are reserved for the candidates of Punjab state only and the rest 15% seats are for the students from other states.

Admission to MBA and M. Com

CGC Jhanjeri Courses offer MBA and M. Com programs at the postgraduate level. These programs are offered under several specializations. The programs are offered under several specializations.

For admission to any of these programs, it is important to possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.

  • For admission to MBA, the candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in CMAT merit list or any other equivalent entrance examination.
  • For admission to M. Com, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit in the last qualifying examination.

  • Candidates seeking admission to BCA, BBA, BBA (Service Industry Management), B. Com (Hons.), B. Sc. (Fashion Technology), B. A. (JAMC), and B. Sc. (AMT) must qualify senior secondary school in any stream from a recognized board.
  • For admission to B. Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and B. Pharmacy, and B. Sc. (MLS), candidates must have passed 10+2 in Medical or Non-Medical securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
  • For admission to B. Sc. (Computer Science) and B. Sc. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, candidates must have qualified senior secondary school in Non-Medical.
  • For admission to B. Sc. (Non-Medical), candidates must have passed 10+2 in non-medical securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates seeking admission to B. Sc. Honors (Nutrition and Dietic) must have passed 10+2 in medical or non-medical.

For Postgraduate Programs

  • For admission to MBA, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
  • Candidates seeking admission to M. Com must possess a bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Management/ Business Administration securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates seeking admission to D. Pharmacy must have passed 10+2 in medical or non-medical from a recognized board.

Note* Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given 5% marks relaxation during the admission procedure.

Note* Candidates seeking admission through state quota seats are shortlisted by online counseling conducted by IK Gujral University while applications form for management quota seats are filled online by visiting the official website of the college.
