Banasthali Vidyapith was established in the year 1935 by Hiralal Shastri and Ratan Shastri in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It was established to impart quality and advanced education to women. Its admissions process is open to all women, regardless of caste, color, religion, race, or residence. 

The institute has earned the highest possible 'A++' grade from NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and is recognized by the UGC (University Grants Commission). Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur was ranked 66th in the overall category and 67th in the engineering category in the NIRF 2021 ranking.   • The ICE: or Innovative Chemical Engineers Club, was founded by the Department of Chemical Engineering to encourage students to participate in new activities and explore the vast field of Chemical Engineering. The club hosts a technical festival and invites guests and professors to give guest lectures on campus.
  • Corona: The technical club of Jaipur's Banasthali Vidyapith. Students in this club are in charge of various activities related to innovation and technology. With the assistance of sponsors, the students conduct various research projects. This club is overseen by the department of engineering and sciences.
  • Samarthaya: Samarthaya is the electronics club of the Banasthali Vidyapith in Jaipur, run by the department of engineering. The club's goal is to pique students' interest in electronics and electrical instruments. This club's members also run various electronics-related programmes.
  • Aayam: Aayam is the literary and creative club. It is also  in charge of curating the university's annual magazine. Members of this club frequently organise literary competitions such as poetry writing, essay writing, and so on for students who are interested in literature.   • Hostels: Banasthali Vidyapith has 29 hostels, each of which can accommodate 110 to 438 students. The hostels provide free internet access and all of the basic amenities needed for a comfortable hostel stay. Mess services and other amenities, such as sports, are provided to the hostellers. A working women's hostel with 113 rooms is also available to employed students at Banasthali Vidyapith in Jaipur.
  • Staff Quarters: The Banasthali Vidyapith in Jaipur has over 400 staff quarters. The staff quarters range from one-story houses to multi-story buildings that house both teaching and non-teaching staff. The premises of the staff quarters, such as the hostel, are equipped with Wi-Fi and a mess.

  • Sports: There are three sports grounds at the Banasthali Vidyapith in Jaipur: Lakshmi Bai Maidan, Vidula Maidan, and Veer Bala Maidan. The Laxmi Bai Maidan is the largest sports ground, measuring 26,690 square metres. This site is used for marching posts and ceremonial parades, as well as the organisation of annual fairs and festivals. The ground includes a stage for a prize distribution ceremony as well as a projection room where students can watch cultural programmes and films. The Vidula Maidan is the second-largest sports ground, measuring 41,950 square metres. This playground includes all of the courts, such as a badminton court, a football court, a volleyball court, a yoga and gymnastics area, and so on.
  • IT Infrastructure: Banasthali Vidyapith in Jaipur has two important IT centres: Apaji Institute of Mathematics and Applied Computer Technology and Artech Dalmia IT Center.
