Anna University Course and Fees 2023: Anna University is a pioneer institute of education in South India as well as in the country, as it earned 18 in the overall category and 14 in the universities category ranks in the list of NIRF 2023. The Institute offers various programs that can either be Regular, Distance, or Correspondence. Candidate on the basis of their needs can opt for either a full-time, part-time, or evening program. The programs offered are undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral.
The Department of Civil Engineering at Anna University holds the distinction of being the country’s oldest department of its kind. Its roots trace back to May 17, 1794, when the East India Company founded a Survey School with the purpose of instructing military personnel and surveyors. Over time, this institution evolved into a Civil Engineering School in 1858, eventually achieving the status of a Civil Engineering College in 1859.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Anna University:
Undergraduate Degree Courses:
Anna University at its undergraduate level offers both full-time and part-time courses in B.Com, BA, B.Sc., BBA, LLB, and so on. The programmes may be for 2, 3, or 4 years depending on the programme selected. The basic eligibility criteria for taking admission in any of these courses are qualifying 10+2 from a recognized board including state boards.
Postgraduate Degree Courses:
The institute offers a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree program other than various part-time programs. The courses offered under the postgraduate program are MBA, MA, M.Sc., LLM, etc. The candidate aspiring to get admission to any of the postgraduate programs at Anna University needs to have a valid graduation degree with a minimum qualifying score from a recognized university or institute.
Research and Doctoral Programme:
Anna University offers courses for research and doctoral level, particularly Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil) and PhD. The eligibility criteria for admission in the courses totally depend on the requirements of the project however the candidate should at least have a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.

As we all are aware that this university is in Chennai and I have done my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from this university only and in the year 2016 I have cleared my graduation from this university and because this was a government university so the fee for the course was Rs 45000 PA and we had all the facilities in the campus which a student wants. For the admissions, I have cleared AIEEE Examination.

I am right now In the 2nd year and the last semester of the course and my final year examinations are soon coming and then my course will come to an end but for taking admission here I have passed the TANCET Examination and because this was a government University so that is why the fee of this college is also very less which is Rs 20,000 per year.

Anna University is one of the best University in the State and it is a Government University and For taking admissions here I have given the DET examinations and then took admission and I have also done my graduation from this same University and the annual fee of the course was Rs 40,000 per year. My University is a government Institute of the Tamil Nadu state and I am right now In the last year of the course and the entrance examination which I have cleared was a state level TANCET Examination and before my MCA I have also done my BCA From this college and MCA Has started in the same year in which my BCA came to an end.

The course of mine was started in the year 2013 and ended in the year 2016 and I have got admission here on the result of the 12th Board and the annual fee of the course is Rs 20,000 PA means Rs 10,000 per semester because of the fee of the course is paid semester wise and then I have taken admission here back for my Masters.

I have done Chemical engineering from this university and It is a pretty good college with awesome faculties and there are many research labs present for the chemical studies and the placements in the college are there for the students and last year almost 40 people placed in the university.

Before dong MBA i have also completed the B tech in the electronics and computer sciences for this university and I have studied here for 4 years and course of mine started in the year 2012 and ended in the year 2016 and the annual fee of the course was Rs 40,000 per year.
