Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar has ranked number 43rd by NIRF 2024 under the Management category, 6th in the Best Private B-Schools overall category, and 3rd in the Top 50 Private B-Schools under the University Program. It has been also ranked 1st among the Top 40 private universities by the Times B Schools survey Ranking 2024. It was formerly known as Xavier University Odisha. The university holds accreditation from the NBA, SAQS, and NAAC.
XIMB Bhubaneswar was established in October 1987 that foster invention in the classroom and develop resilient, future leaders who can steer organizations toward an equitable, and sustainable society. And for the same, it provides its students with a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. The Xavier Institute of Management has been regarded among the top B-schools in India for the past 37 years.
XIMB Bhubaneswar offers courses such as business management, human resource management, rural management, sustainability management, communications, computer science & engineering, economics, commerce, law, governance & public affairs, and liberal arts. National Courses comprise three sub courses-
a) MBA-BM
Master Program in Business Management (MBA-BM) is a flagship program of the XIMB Bhubaneswar which enables the students to become professionals who are capable of working efficiently in the Public and Private sector. c) Ph.D. Program
The doctrine course of the XIMB is designed for students who want to enter the field of research in management.
