Admission Details

Admission Procedure

The admission in the PSG College of Technology is done on the basis of merit obtained in the TNEA and through the single window of Anna University. Candidates are required to follow the certain procedure to get admitted to PSG College of Technology.

Admission to PSGCT B.Tech courses will be made on the basis of the TNEA/ JEE Main exam. The seats and branches will be allocated through merit.

Admission to PSGCT B.Sc courses will be made on a Merit basis. Candidates need to score good percentile to qualify for the cutoff eligibility.
Admission to the PSG College of Technology M.Tech courses will be made on the basis of the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam. The branches and seats will be allocated on a merit base
The admissions to the doctoral programs will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the postgraduate course.
For first-year admission to B.E/ B. Tech programs, students must have completed their 10+2/HSC exams from an accredited board.
 
The 12th grade or its equivalent should have covered Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics for students. Candidates must have received at least 50% in these subjects.
 
Note that seat assignments are made based on the results of the 10+2 and TNEA exams.

Minimum Eligibility

The candidate seeking admission in the B.E. provided by the PSG College of Technology should have done XII from a recognized institute.

Eligibility Criteria: For first-year admission to B.E/ B. Tech programs, students must have completed their 10+2/HSC exams from an accredited board.

The 12th grade or its equivalent should have covered Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics for students. Candidates must have received at least 50% in these subjects.
