NIT Surathkal is one of the best and oldest of the 31 NITs present in India.It was given the Institute of National Importance by MHRD. It provides UG Degree in two courses and PG in five different courses.
The different courses provided by the NIT Surathkal are:

UG Courses:
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate seeking admission in the B.Tech. and provided by the NIT Surathkul should have done XII from a recognized board/institute with at least 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
Admission Procedure:
- The admission in the B.Tech. provided by the NIT Surathkul is done on the basis of merit obtained in the JEE Main.
- The final merit is based on the merit obtained in the JEE Main(60%) and XII(40%).
- The seat allotment is done through counseling done by JoSSA-CSAB.
- The candidate should have obtained Top 20 percentile in the XII all over India.

MBA | The candidate seeking admission in the MBA provided by the NIT Surathkul should have done Graduation in any discipline from a recognized college/institute with at least 60% aggregate. |
M.Sc. | The candidate seeking admission in the M.Sc. provided by the NIT Surathkul should have done B.Sc. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute with at least 50% aggregate. |
MCA | The candidate seeking admission in the MCA provided by the NIT Surathkul should have done Bachelors with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized college/institute. |

College Description 5/5
There are more than 30 NIT’ s Pan India and My NIT is one of them and It is in the Karnataka State and because it is NIT so one can judge that how much great this college is For the Students like the IIT’s. Like other NIT’s this NIT also gives admission on the result of the GATE Examinations. I am studying in the last year of the course and my course is Mtech in Computation Mathematics although there is many more stream in this course is present. The annual fee for the course was Rs.. 70,000 approximately.
