Latest Updates: IIT Bombay MBA Admissions year 2024-26 are currently open. The institute has already announced the list of shortlisted candidates, and personal interviews will take place between March 7 and 10, 2024 (tentatively).
IIT Bombay MDes Admission 2024 is based on CEED results. The CEED results will be made available on March 6.
Admission to IIT Bombay MTech is dependent on the GATE 2024 score. The GATE 2024 tests have been completed, and the results will be released on March 16, 2024. 
IIT Bombay Placements 2024 Phase 1 has ended with 1188 placements. 85 students received remuneration packages over INR 1 CPA, with the average package standing at INR 36.9 LPA. Until yet, students have received 279 PPOs, of which 258 were accepted.

 

About IIT Bombay: The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (commonly known as IIT Bombay or IIT Mumbai) was founded in 1958 and is the first public college to receive funding from UNESCO. The Indian Parliament designated it as an "Institute of National Importance" in 1961. It has been designated as a "Deemed University" and is self-governing. In the engineering category, NIRF 2023 ranks IIT Bombay third; in the engineering category, India Today 2023 ranks it second; and in the engineering (government) category, India Today 2023 ranks it second.
At the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels, IIT Bombay provides degree and dual degree programs. The institute provides more than 80 courses in the engineering, technology, science, and management streams, organized into 16 departments. The candidates are selected by means of nationwide examinations administered by multiple agencies, including GATE and JEE Advanced.

Having been in operation for over 60 years, the IITB campus now houses 16 departments, over 30 centers, and three schools. It also offers over 80 courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels in the fields of engineering and technology, science, and management. The institute’s campus extends over 545 acres. It is located in the outskirts of Powai, Mumbai, about an hour away from the main city. 24-hour power supply: To guarantee that all students have a comfortable stay in the hostels, all of the rooms have a 24-hour power supply. In addition, there is a backup power source, and an electrician is available to quickly install it if there are any technical concerns. Wi-Fi Internet Service: Every hostel at IIT Bombay has smooth Wi-Fi. Each student is given a unique login credential that they can use to access the network.

Selection Procedure: Placements were wonderful at our college, and teachers were extremely helpful. The highest compensation package provided was 30 LPA, while the average salary package offered ranged from 22 to 27 LPA.
