The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has provided students with their Digilocker Access Code or Security Pin on its official website to access their class 10 and 12 scorecard through DigiLocker. Students will also be able to download their CBSE school passing certificate and CBSE migration certificate for class 10 and 12 through DigiLocker with the help of access code provided by the CBSE.
The CBSE can release results for Class 10 and 12 anytime now, and students will be able to access their scorecard through the official website of the CBSE (cbseresults.nic.in). The board recently stated that the CBSE 10th and 12th results are now under-preparation and it will soon be announced online.
How to Download CBSE Result 2025?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to check your result once it is out:
- Visit any of the official CBSE websites — cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in
- Click on the link that says “CBSE Result 2025”
- Enter your roll number, school number, centre number, and admit card ID
- Your result will appear on the screen
- Download and save a copy of your provisional mark sheet
- Take a printout or screenshot for future use
- For those not having internet access, results can also be checked via SMS:
- Type: cbse12 or 10 <space> roll number
- Send it to: 7738299899
How to Download CBSE 2025 Result Through DigiLocker?
- First, visit the DigiLocker web app - digilocker.gov.in
- Sync your Aadhar Number (if not already done)
- On the homepage, click on the ‘Login/Register’ button in the top right corner
- Upon clicking you will be prompted to enter your registered mobile number
- Further, enter the 6 digit PIN set by you
- An OTP will be received on the registered mobile. The OTP will be valid for 5 minutes
- After entering the OTP you will be redirected the homepage
- One the homepage, search for CBSE in the search bar on top and hit enter
- Click on the CBSE board tab
- Click on Class X or XII Marksheet
- Enter you roll number and year of passing
- Click on ‘Get Document’
- A digitally signed PDF by CBSE will be displayed. Download the PDF and save it for all future endeavors
CBSE Compartment Exams and Revaluation Process 2025
If a student fails in one or two subjects, they will have the chance to appear in CBSE Class 12 compartment exams, likely to be held in July 2025. The application process for these exams will begin shortly after the results are declared.
Students who are not satisfied with their marks can also apply for rechecking or revaluation. This process usually starts within a week or two after the result is released. Students should keep track of deadlines so that they don’t miss any important dates.
