UPES Dehradun Fees: Latest Update
CBSE Results 2024 Class 12 Check Online
Applications for UPESDAT 2024’s BDes and MDes courses are now being accepted; the deadline is April 4, 2024. Additionally, the UPESDAT 2024 exam is scheduled for April 5, 2024, and April 6, 2024. The following are some additional significant improvements for UPES Dehradun courses:
- The last date to apply for B.Com, B.Sc Health Science, Liberal Studies {B.Sc. (Hons.) , BA (Hons.), BA & MA}, BCA, LLB (3Yrs), M.Sc Health Science, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, B.Des, M.Des is 30 April 2024.
- The MBA-UPESMET 2024 application period is already underway, with phase 2 applications closing on February 29, 2024. Moreover, on March 2, 2024, and March 3, 2024, the UPESMET 2024 phase 2 exam will take place.
- Applications are now being accepted for BTech-UPESEAT 2024, LLB (5-year)-ULSAT 2024, and BPharm-UPESPAT 2024; the deadline is April 24, 2024.
- Applications for the BBA and Integrated BBA+MBA programs at UPESMET-UG 2024 are now being accepted. The deadline is April 24, 2024.
UPES Dehradun Fees
UPES full form, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, provides short duration industrial tours and training to the students in order to make them industry ready. These trainings help the students to get enough exposure about the real world.
These tours and training are provided to all the students excepts Engineering PG, Law (UG & PG), BA (Public Policy), B.Sc, and Pharmacy students. Students also get the certification after successfully completing these trainings.
However, for BBA course this training is an additional credited course.

UPES Dehradun Fees for BBA Course Training and Certification:
A charge of Rs. 22,500/- (one time) is to be paid in 2nd semester in case of PG student, 3rd semester in case of 3-year UG Programs & 5th semester in rest of the cases. In case travel of industrial tour by air is necessitated, additional charges, if any, would be intimated to the students concerned for payment prior to commencement of the tour.

UPES Dehradun Fees for Transportation:
Students residing within Dehradun city who wish to avail transportation facility to the UPES campus can avail transportation facilities by paying a fee of Rs.20,000 for academic year 2022-23.
Note: - There will be no refund of the transport fee in case of withdrawal.
UPES Dehradun Fees: Personality Development Program (PDP)
UPES Dehradun organises compulsory PDP classes for the UPES students. The PDP fees of Rs. 7,500/- payable at the time of admission in case of PG students. PDP fee for UG programs except B.Sc, is Rs. 20,000/-, out of which half is payable at the time of admission and balance half in penultimate (second last) semester.
Some other UPES fees include:
Convocation fee: Rs.1500 to be paid in penultimate semester (Second Last). Since, LLM is one year duration course, this fee is payable at the time of registration.
Alumni fee: Rs. 1500 as Alumni fees will be charged at the time of Registration.
Technology fee: Being 1st year of Technology Fee, the fee for the year 2022-23 is Rs. 3,200/- per semester and for next year, it will be decided next year. It is mandatory for all students to bring their Laptop as per the configuration mentioned in the admission offer letter or on the UPES website.
Hostel Facility: Campus accommodation is available (on first come first serve basis) separately for boys and girls on sharing basis.
Student wishing to avail hostel facility (On-campus) will need to deposit;
The fee indicated below is for academic session 2022-23 only and is on triple sharing basis
UPES Dehradun Fees: Hostel
- Rs. 1,70,000/- Regular Hostel for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli Campus.
- Rs. 1,90,000/- for hostel room with attached washroom (only for girls) at the Kandholi campus
- Rs. 2,13,500/- for hostel room with attached washroom and Air conditioning (only for girls)
- Interest free refundable Hostel security Fee: Rs. 10,000/-
Note: - There will be no refund of hostel fee in case of withdrawal.
Refundable Security Fee:
Refundable (interest free) security amount of Rs. 20,000/- is also payable at the time of registration.
BBA (Aviation) & Tourism & Hospitality Management IATA Fee:
Students of BBA Aviation Operations & Tourism & Hospitality Management will additionally have to pay one time applicable IATA course fee (approx. Rs. 40,000/-) in addition at the time of registration.
Medical Insurance Fee:
To cover medical expenses students are covered through annual Group Medical Health Insurance Policy. An amount of Rs.500/- shall be charged from student at the time of registration. For subsequent years the amount shall be communicated to students along with semester fees.
Identity Card Fee:
Rs 500/- to be paid for I-Card One Time, at the time of Registration.
Consumable Fee:
To Cover the Material Cost incurred at Design LABS, B.Design Student is required to pay Rs 10,000/- Per year as a consumable fee.
