The Kashmir University’s largest departments in terms of student numbers are the Faculty of Law and the Business School. The Faculty of Law, established as one of the university’s earliest departments, offers three programs: LLB, LLM, and B.A, LLB(Hons). The department’s student association, known as the "Law Society," actively arranges debates, seminars, and moot court competitions. Additionally, in 2014, the Central University of Kashmir expanded with the Institute of Technology, situated at the recently acquired Zakura Campus. This institute presently provides four-year BTech courses in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

Best place to walk in with all your heart and soul 4/5
Infrastructure in school of Law, university of Kashmir is excellent. Classes are well maintained and parks are well developed by the university. Flowers are there. Library is well maintained in school of law and there is almost 60 thousand of books.Admission takes place through after qualifying university entrance test.
